Coverage

• Installation quality and workmanship

• Changes in personal preference after approval
• Normal wear and tear of materials

Product Returns

For decoration products purchased through Faunanaturplant:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused in original packaging
• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable
• Proof of purchase required

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us with your order details and reason for return. We will provide authorization and instructions for returning items.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Service Cancellations

• More than 7 days before start: Refund minus administrative fee
• 3-7 days before start: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund
• After work begins: Charges apply for completed work
